It just depends on the carrier so double check what type of return label you have. Even though we ship the majority of our orders through UPS, we do use other providers such as FedEx or USPS on a case by case basis. Select the button below to find the UPS location closest to you.
We always recommend taking your return to a UPS Store (or other applicable carrier store) and requesting a receipt of your drop-off. Customers are ultimately responsible for their tryout from the day of delivery until the package is scanned by the carrier.
