Here's how to ensure your tryout gets back to us:
- Place the product you tried + all accessories (if applicable) back in the original packaging.
- Place those items inside the shipping box (we’d love for you to re-use the one it came with!)
*NOTE: If don't have the original packaging, you can use any box that you have as long as the product is safely packaged so that it isn't damaged during transit. - Place the provided return label on the outside of the box, and drop it off!
Always double check your return label just to ensure that your return is dropped off with the appropriate carrier.
We always recommend taking your return to a UPS Store (or other applicable carrier store) and requesting a receipt of your drop-off. Customers are ultimately responsible for their tryout from the day of delivery until the package is scanned by the carrier.
